What will you be responsible for and what will you do?

Grow Revenue

  • Drive results by obtaining new clients and growing existing client accounts
  • Work directly with clients to understand their technical challenges/ requirements, then design and pitch project solutions
  • Develop and present technical sales and use-case presentations to various audiences
  • Build and utilize a strong understanding of use-cases and applications for our product and service offerings and develop a solutions-based strategy
  • Be a subject matter expert in all the ways pressure data is used in the completion, reservoir, and production disciplines (FDI’s, DFITs, RTA/ PTA, VFR, etc.)
  • Develop significant profitable opportunities and cultivate high-value relationships with stakeholders such as E&P engineers, management, field personnel, other service providers, COI’s, etc.
  • Manage the overall sales process—from prospecting to CRM management to project management to billing/collections
  • Ensure client’s projects are successful by working with all internal and external teams
  • Study all client data and work with internal teams to remediate issues
  • Support the entire sales team through lead generation, cross-selling, and qualifying opportunities

What do you need to bring to the table?

  • Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Completion operations experience required (Fracture modeling/ reservoir modeling a plus)
  • Existing relationships with key prospective operators/ engineers in the completions space a plus
  • Experience with reading and interpreting well pressure profiles and pressure/ rate data
  • Experience in the petroleum industry (8+ years), upstream completion/ reservoirrequired
  • You need to love sales and are driven by results
  • Proven ability to interface with stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Will be personable and competitive, always willing to push your teammates to the next level to achieve the best results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills area must
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skillset
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship, have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and pass a background check and regular drug screen

What will you be responsible for and what will you do? 

Grow Revenue

  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts and develop new clients
  • Plan client calls and make regular client visits to ensure appropriate coverage for assigned region
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and solve client needs on an ongoing basis as apart of managing the entire sales process and client relationship
  • Ensure client’s proposals and projects are successful by working collaboratively with Technical Engineering Advisors/ Sales Engineers, Operations, and management resources to meet account performance objectives and client expectations
  • Complete strategic customer account plans that meet Company standards
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Manage the overall sales process—from prospecting/ quoting to CRM management to project management to billing/collections
  • Build and utilize a strong understanding of use‐cases and applications for our product and service offerings by attending training and through self‐education
  • Assist with marketing efforts

What do you need to bring to the table?

  •  Bachelor’s degree, technical degree preferred
  • 8+ years of comprehensive oilfield experience; preferred, or demonstrate a sound understanding of oilfield technical knowledge in the completions and reservoir space
  • 5+ years of Sales, Business or Account Management experience; required
  • Existing relationships with key prospective operators/ engineers in the completions space a plus
  • Industry related experience; preferably in selling completion diagnostic tools within the oil and gas sector
  • In‐depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Professional, with strong organizational skills, who is proactive, works well with other teams, exhibits effective communication, shows initiative and enthusiasm
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Excellent prospecting, presentation and closing skills
  • High level of efficiency & work ethic
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
